About Succeed ABA Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both experienced and entry‑level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs). The team approach consists of constant training and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. We offer a high hourly pay rate of $19.00‑$30.00 per hour. We provide primarily in‑home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1‑21. We pride ourselves on a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role. What is an ABA Therapist – Behavior Therapist? Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
