About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, 17042!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Active RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate Must-Have: EPIC experience required Patient ratios: 4 patients per nurse Charge experience preferred Description: Schedule requirements: 3 shifts per week from 7 PM to 7 AM. Call required. Weekend work required; every other weekend. Must be able to care for COVID patients. Tobacco and fragrance-free facility. Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine fit, and may be interviewed by the manager. The facility requires adherence to specific guidelines. Candidates must be willing to float as needed. RTO must be minimized to a maximum of 7 days. Holiday work may be required as needed. Local candidates may be considered differently based on proximity. Travel experience is required. Additional skills required include administration of blood products, support for lactation, and discharge teaching. Candidates must be proficient in the use of external fetal monitoring and IV administration. Shift includes care for neonates and adults. Daily census is managed within the designated patient rooms and beds. Interdisciplinary support includes various teams such as IV, physical therapy, and pharmacy. Experience with specific patient diagnoses and procedures in the labor and delivery setting is necessary. All candidates must comply with certification and licensing requirements relevant to the role.
