Job Description

We are seeking a talented Multimedia Content Specialist / Content Developer to support strategic communications, digital engagement, and content development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and website content management , with the ability to create compelling multimedia content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital and print materials, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, reports, presentations, and promotional content.
• Capture and edit professional photography and videography for events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
• Create and edit multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Develop engaging visual content that aligns with branding and communication strategies.
• Manage and maintain website content using content management systems (CMS).
• Ensure content is accessible, accurate, and consistent across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication and outreach efforts.
• Assist with content planning, creative development, and publication of multimedia assets.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, photography, and video production.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud , including:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience creating content for digital, social media, and print communications.
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS), preferably Drupal or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video editing work.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Experience supporting public sector, healthcare, or large enterprise communication initiatives.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content.
