Parking Ambassador

Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm Responsibility Breakdown Hospital Maintenance Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am – 9:30am Receptacle pull for the main hospital exterior sidewalks Campus Ambassador Duties Monitor traffic flow throughout the campus Assist motorists with payment inquiries Check paper levels for entry and exit kiosks and replenish as needed Perform light maintenance tasks, including assisting with remounting gate arms, clearance signs, and debris removal Areas Covered Green Deck Gold Deck Blue Deck entry and exit gates The Ambassador will be responsible for monitoring traffic flow, assisting motorists entering and exiting the facilities, and helping mitigate congestion throughout the campus. Requirements Include being able to work outdoors, Moderate levels of standing, walking and sitting while driving golf cart or other vehicle. Other skills required include visual acuity to operate vehicles/golf carts and to see information on iPhone screens regarding parking payments. Candidate must be able to handle high stress situations and to clearly express or exchange information pertaining to parking regulations verbally in an acceptable customer service level.
