Job Description
Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Lancaster, CA
Setting: Clinic
Term: 3 months with option to extend
Shift Schedule: No Call - 10:30a-7:00p full time with rotating weekends (every other weekend)
Pay Rate: $125-$130/hr


A clinic in Lancaster, CA is looking for Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide additional coverage for increased patient load. These locum tenens positions are a 3-month term with the ability to extend. Providers will see adult population only, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, COPD, Routine Adult / Geriatric Patients in outpatient setting.

Qualifications of Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP):
• Active California Nurse Practitioner License
• Active BLS certification
• Active DEA license
• Board Certification required
• EPIC experience preferred
• COVID vaccine and one booster required
• 1 year family medicine experience within the last 2 years required

Duties/Responsibilities of Adult Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP):
• Provide standard primary care- flu, colds, sickness
• Provide diabetes management and chronic disease care
• Document patient care in medical records
