Now Hiring: Maintenance Associate
L ocation: Chattanooga TN

Pay: $20 - $24/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and setting up machinery to ensure smooth operations. If you’re a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on a variety of machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably.
Strong work ethic and ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
2 years of experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Preferred Experience:
Blueprint reading: 1 year
CNC operation, including lathe and milling machines: 1 year
Electrical systems: 1 year
Welding: 1 year
Groundskeeping: 1 year
