Hospice Nurse

Trucare is seeking a PRN Hospice Afterhours Visit RN to conduct home visits based on patient need. The role includes providing nursing care per the hospice plan and ensuring collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The position requires a current RN license in Colorado and at least one year of nursing experience. While this is a field-based role, mileage reimbursement is offered.
