Role Overview The Nurse provides independent, comprehensive nursing care in a busy clinical setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver routine and complex patient care, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care activities accurately. Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers. Delegate tasks appropriately to team members to manage clinical situations effectively. Demonstrate leadership aligned with competency standards, contributing to quality patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). At least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred. Current RN license in the state of practice or a compact license. BLS certification required.
