Physical TherapistEvaluate and assess the needs of referred patients/clients and formulate comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans; Provide Physical therapy services across the life span in the acute/inpatient care, outpatient, and long term care settings. Conduct therapy to correct conditions that were revealed during the assessment.Uphold the organization's vision, mission, and corporate values.
