Schedule: Variable schedule including weekends and call shifts to be discussed during interview. Float requirements within facility scope of practice and to outpatient settings as needed.

• Diverse surgical service lines including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral Surgery, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Epic electronic medical record system
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
• Patient population includes adult and geriatric populations
• Maximum 7 days of time off available per contract (must be finalized at time of submission)
• 36 hours of paid orientation

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel assignment
• Must have verifiable experience in Neurology, Transplant (solid organ), General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic surgical procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Current BLS certification required
• Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures including but not limited to: craniotomy, laminectomy, transplant procedures, joint replacements, laparoscopic procedures, and spine surgeries (ALIF, XLIF)
• Community hospital and trauma center experience preferred
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
