Leasing Consultant

We're seeking an energetic and service-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Webster Lake Apartments in Northglenn. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents - guiding them through the leasing process and helping them feel at home from their initial visit through move-in day. Your responsibilities will center around: Welcoming and assisting prospective residents Conducting property tours and showcasing available apartments Managing inquiries and generating leasing traffic Qualifying applicants and preparing lease agreements Coordinating move-ins and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts Your work will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and creating a positive community experience for residents. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish is required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus About MAXX Properties Founded in 1936, MAXX Properties is a nationally recognized owner and operator of multifamily apartment communities.
