Customer Service Specialist Location: MOSES H. CONE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL - 48453017 Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). Handle customer service interactions through either face-to-face, email or telephone communications. May also be required to record and document various client interactions for management follow-up.
