We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant. Job Description We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support a growing, long-term healthcare organization. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys owning critical accounting processes, multi-facility responsibility, and contributing to a team approach with the mission for continuous improvement in financial reporting accuracy and timeliness. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in financial reporting, financial analysis, and process improvement, working closely with the Accounting Team. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Internal Controls Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for multiple locations Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support timely and accurate reporting for executive leadership Maintain intercompany accounting and eliminations Support annual audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests Support day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger oversight Assist with monthly accounting, accruals, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal and multi-state requirements Support documentation and compliance related to audits.
