Shuttle Driver

Position Overview:

We are seeking personable, punctual, and safety-focused Shuttle Drivers to transport passengers between cabins, hotels, attractions, trailheads, and regional hubs. This role combines transportation and hospitality, providing guests with a welcoming, informative, and memorable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate 5- to 15-passenger vehicles, vans, or shuttle buses
Drive scheduled routes and on-demand requests between and in Charleston and Fayetteville, including key tourism destinations
Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general questions
Provide local insights and courteous service to enhance the guest experience
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
Communicate effectively with dispatch and respond to trip adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

Valid West Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
CDL with passenger endorsement preferred but not required
Customer service or tourism experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with the New River Gorge and Fayetteville area a bonus
Must pass a background check
