ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a well-established team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in claims, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding policies, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer care. I attended a local university and later went on to Touro Law School, bringing a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to how we serve our customers and support our team.

Our office is located in a charming, walkable village area, and the environment is pleasant, personal, and highly relationship-driven. We value face-to-face interactions and have a tenured team that truly enjoys working together and being part of the community we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Greg D'Amico - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
