Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
CVS Health is seeking a Case Management Coordinator to collaborate in the case management process and assist with scheduling, benefits access, and member education. This remote/field role requires independent work from home with travel within Illinois, up to 75% of the time, and strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years clinical experience, an Illinois RN license or equivalent education, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
