Sanitation Technician

Sanitation Technician Location: Clackamas, Oregon Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $19.00 per hour The Sanitation Technician is responsible for ensuring all equipment, conveyors, and facility areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in compliance with company standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations. This role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), accurate documentation of cleaning activities, and the ability to complete sanitation tasks across multiple departments within time-sensitive production schedules. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize the beverage processing facility in accordance with established procedures Disassemble and remove machine guards, parts, and accessories for thorough cleaning Clean floors, conveyors and surrounding production areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment Operate floor scrubbers and sweepers in warehouse and production spaces Perform pressure washing of equipment and facility areas Remove grease and residue from machinery, including under fillers and other production equipment Follow strict SOPs, GMPs and food safety regulations at all times Accurately document all cleaning and sanitation activities Support sanitation needs across multiple departments while meeting tight deadlines Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 months of experience in a manufacturing environment (food or beverage manufacturing preferred) Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic math skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven reliability and dependability Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Job Information Reference Number: 5850754 Published Date: 05/27/2026 Job Type: Temporary Industry: Maintenance Hours: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
