We are searching for an experienced Senior Concessions Manager to oversee the Raleigh Convention Center located in Raleigh, NC! Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. What you’ll bring Hands‑on experience in food and beverage operations, with large‑scale venue or stadium exposure a strong plus. Proven leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a talent for handling challenges quickly and professionally. Solid knowledge of food safety and health regulations to ensure compliance and top-quality service delivery. Flexibility to thrive in an event‑driven schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
