American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment requiring ARRT R.T.(R) certification and vascular surgery scrub case experience.

Details

• Position within a Radiology department supporting Interventional Radiology and select Operating Room areas
• Serves adolescent and adult patients
• 40 hours per week, 4x10 hour shifts
• Shift start times of 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM depending on call rotation
• Flexible availability required for holidays
• Call required 7 PM-7 AM, one weekday shift per week and one weekend shift per month
• Uses EPIC for charting

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date
• ARRT R.T.(R) certification required
• ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) certification required within 18 months of start, strongly preferred at time of hire
• Current BLS certification required
• Active license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty being applied for
• Body, Neuro, and Vascular Surgery experience required
• Previous scrub case experience required
• Experience within a sterile environment and aseptic technique preferred
• Associate's degree preferred
