Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager We are looking for a creative, self‑motivated Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Manchester, CT. In this role, you will take ownership of digital presence, marketing communications, and brand initiatives working directly with leadership to drive visibility and growth. If you're a hands‑on marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves wearing many hats, we want to hear from you. This position is fully on‑site and does not offer hybrid or remote capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, and blog content Maintain, update, and make edits to the company website on an ongoing basis Manage social media channels, including Facebook and LinkedIn Edit and produce images for catalogs, the website, and marketing materials Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing communications strategy in collaboration with senior leadership Support conference and trade show participation, including coordination and materials Write and manage literature, promotional materials, and PR activities Conduct market research on new products, industry trends, and competitor activity Support the sales team with product and services pricing communication Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Director on go‑to‑market initiatives What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role Proven experience in marketing communications, including website editing and digital marketing Proficiency in photo editing software for catalogs and web use Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content independently Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects without close supervision Experience managing social media platforms in a professional capacity What We Offer: Competitive salary of $75,000 $90,000 based on experience Opportunity to own and shape the marketing function within a growing organization Collaborative work environment with direct access to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr J.
