Endorsed Clinical Midwife

Location: Bentley Health Service Unit/Division: Bentley Health Service > Midwifery Birth Centre Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time, Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time Midwifery Annualised Salary Agreement (MASA) commenced 30 June 2025, attracting a 40% annualization loading for caseload midwives – the equal highest rate in Australia. (see attached WAMASA and FAQ’s). Applications are invited for Endorsed Midwives to join the Royal Perth Bentley Group (RPBG) as Endorsed Clinical Midwives at Bentley Health Service (BHS) in the Midwifery Birth Centre (MBC). Accepted women from across the East Metropolitan Health Service catchment area, the MBC proudly provides continuity of care from conception through to 6 weeks postpartum by the same midwife for each woman. We seek a pool of experienced, passionate and caring Endorsed Clinical Midwives to join our MBC team, providing evidence‑based and high‑quality patient care as autonomous practitioners. Qualifications : Must hold Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority (AHPRA) registration as a Registered Midwife with Endorsement to prescribe schedule 2, 3, 5 and 8 medications required for midwifery practice across pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal care. Recruitment Pool The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications throughout this timeframe and assess on a regular basis. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool and appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur within any EMHS facility. Appointments may be made from this pool until 05/10/2026.
