Full-Time | Las Vegas, NV | Hourly+ Commission ($5,000+ Monthly Potential) Were looking for a motivated, competitive individual who wants to build a real career not just another job. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, good work habits, and the drive to win. Sales experience is helpful but not required well train and develop the right person. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads
- Communicate confidently and build quick rapport
- Help customers choose the right insurance protection
- Learn sales skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Work toward required licensing (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
- Maintain activity goals, track progress, and stay consistent
- Commission opportunities of $5,000+ per month
