Your Role in Our Mission This position is part of theCustomer Experience team in Lebanon, TN or New Berlin, WA. This rolereports directly to the Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience representative is part of a teamthat provide support to customers, sales reps, and end users all over thewworld. For specific duties, see below. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. Typically requires general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Dedicated Point of Contact forspecifiedinternationalregion, providingdailyand technicalsupport. Process quotes, orders,and returns when applicable within the region. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaintsandprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Support Customer Experience teamsasneeded. Follow directions, procedures, andinstructions for all work assignments. Work as a team andmaintainprofessionalismat all levels in the organization. Maintain regular and predictable attendance;report to workon time. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities maychangefrom time to time. Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership. Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency. What You’ll Bring Minimum of at least 2-4years’ experienceof customer support. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client ServicesRepresentative. High school diploma or GED. Call center experience a plus. Proficiency in theEnglish language(written and oral);strong grammar skills. Ability tocommunicate with a pleasant voiceandin aprofessionalmanner. Attention to detail andability to perform accurate work. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records. Ability to workindependently,self-starter, with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks on an ongoing basis. Basic computer, and mathskills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pacedenvironmentandmanage time effectively. Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning. Ability to accommodate flexible or variedwork schedules. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong problem-solving mindset. ________________________________________ Pay Transparency The expected pay range for this role is $19.00 – $20.00 per hour . Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
