Our growing team in Westerville, OH is hiring two motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistants . This full-time, on-site opportunity is designed for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, promotions, client relations, and business development.
As an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced team supporting local marketing and sales campaigns throughout the Westerville and greater Columbus area. You will interact directly with customers, represent client products and services, provide information about current offerings, and help create positive customer experiences.
Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Support daily marketing, sales, and customer outreach campaigns
- Communicate with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
- Present products, services, promotions, and client offerings clearly
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
- Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Support local promotional campaigns, events, and outreach activities
- Assist with customer follow-up, campaign organization, and basic reporting
- Maintain accurate information related to customer and campaign activity
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and campaign results
- Develop practical experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and business development
Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work full-time and on-site in Westerville, OH
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable speaking with customers and meeting new people
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Motivated to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Open to coaching, feedback, and hands-on training
- Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, communications, promotions, or business is a plus
