Job Description:
Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: This team is part of the CO+I org and focuses on next-generation product development and data center reference designs.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to various tasks, including product production, project management, onboarding suppliers, budgeting, and maintaining schedules.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 60% heads down, 40% meetings. This will vary day by day. Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition

• Years of Experience Required: 10+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree in related field AND Proven experience in managing international and medium scale technology & medium-complex software/hardware development projects, Master's degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain prior Microsoft experience or knowledge of how Microsoft operates. Also, prior CO+I experience within an office or similar environment. Excellent communication skills and forward thinking (being open to looking at things differently and ensuring compliance and security)
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 8+ years experience with guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships - influencing without authority and using the power of diverse teams.
2. Minimum 8+years experience with project management skills.

• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: asap.
• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include one round, meeting separately with the sponsor and potentially 2 other FTE

• Understand, communicate, and provide project information to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing projects and delivery performance, focusing on tangible outcomes, and high-quality deliverables
• Managing multiple projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology.
• Guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships - influencing without authority and using the power of diverse teams.
• Applying project management standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure successful delivery of programs on scope, on schedule and on budget.
• Being on top of any commercial aspects of your project, driving financial integrity.

• As this role requires collaboration with internal key stakeholders, and external partners.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
• Professional presentation skills with experience of regularly presenting a variety of different audiences.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile certification
• Master's degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experience. "
