Investigate cases, gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents. Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, maintaining contact with insurance companies. Manage client's medical care, scheduling appointments and explaining procedures. Monitor case status and review medical records. Organize and maintain case files for submission to demand writers. Requirements Active Florida Bar License. 2+ years of Workers Compensation experience. Trial experience is a plus. Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team. Ability to interact with clients during their time of need. Determination to achieve the best results for clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active Florida Bar License. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in case management software.
