- Assist with setup and maintenance of product records within company systems.
- Support the preparation and implementation of weekly sales promotions and advertisements.
- Review pricing information and promotional details for accuracy and consistency.
- Update item descriptions, categories, vendor information, and pricing as needed.
- Work closely with store leadership and department managers to coordinate upcoming promotions.
- Perform routine audits of product and pricing data.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support for merchandising initiatives.
- Assist with additional office and clerical duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software programs.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Administrative, clerical, retail, or grocery experience.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, data entry, or POS software.
- Experience working with pricing, promotions, or product management.
- Ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Part-time position with flexible hours.
- Schedule may vary based on advertising cycles and business needs.
