About The Team As part of the Enterprise Payments Product team, you will partner in transforming how millions of customers manage their money. You will improve the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms. Your work will span Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Back‑office, Pricing, and Go‑to‑Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user‑friendly payment products. Key Learning Areas Human Centered Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating research needs for feature design. Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward the minimum viable product for feature testing. Business Focused Apply hypothesis‑driven data assessment to ensure products deliver real business value. Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, following processes and procedures to manage risk. Technology Driven Leverage an autonomous agile environment to research and develop features that use emerging technology. Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject‑matter experts to build cutting‑edge solutions. Deliver well‑managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy. Transformational Leadership Participate in horizontal forums and build trusted relationships across tech, design, and stakeholder teams. At least one year of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. Over one year translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences. Experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross‑functional teams. Compensation and Benefits Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries vary by location. This role also qualifies for performance‑based incentive compensation.
