HR Generalist & Payroll Partner

Universal Asset Management (UAM) is seeking an HR Generalist to lead staff recruitment, payroll changes, onboarding and employee relations across facilities. You will coordinate vacation balances, Worker’s Compensation matters and support HR initiatives in collaboration with the HR Director. Travel to facilities and out-of-state as required, with a focus on accurate data entry, reporting, and clear communication with managers and employees.
