Key Responsibilities Operational Support: Act as the right hand to the General Manager, assisting in overseeing, directing, and coordinating the operational flow of the restaurant. Team Leadership: Play a crucial role in training, organizing, and leading the restaurant staff. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a positive, efficient, and professional work environment. Objective Achievement: Work diligently towards achieving set objectives in sales, cost management, employee retention, and guest service. Your efforts will directly impact our tavern's success. Quality and Standards: Uphold and advocate for the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Your attention to detail ensures that every dish and every corner of our tavern meets our exacting standards. Guest Experience: Help create an environment where guests feel not just served but genuinely cared for. Your contributions will directly enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally with exposure to restaurant management.
