Licensed Practical Nurse – Rehabilitation

Schedule: Nights 7P-7:30A, Every Other Weekend, Holiday per Unit Needs

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• New York LPN License
• BLS/CPR preferred
• At least 2 years of LPN experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and treatment to residents, ensuring a customer service-focused approach.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including Physicians and RNs, to meet resident care needs.
• Apply sound nursing judgment to observe and evaluate changes in resident conditions, communicating appropriately with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies regarding documentation and controlled substances.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, including hygiene and dining areas.
