What you'll do:

• Welcome customers and create a professional, no-pressure buying experience
• Learn our Hyundai lineup and confidently demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
• Prospect for new business and follow up with previous customers and leads
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Use dealership technology and CRM tools to manage opportunities and follow-up
• Work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
• Represent the Hyundai of Beavercreek brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

Experience is a plus but attitude matters more. Automotive sales experience is welcome, but we're also interested in candidates coming from other sales and customer-facing industries. If you've succeeded in real estate, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, fitness, insurance, finance, B2B sales, or another performance-driven environment, your experience may translate extremely well.
