The Opportunity


We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Banquet Cook to join our Culinary team! In this hands-on role, you'll help create memorable dining experiences by preparing and presenting high-quality meals for weddings, conferences, and special events while maintaining our standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes, standards, and event requirements.
• Assist with food preparation and execution for banquets, weddings, and special events.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Coordinate with culinary team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations.
• Assist with inventory organization, food storage, and minimizing waste.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and kitchen preparation duties.
• Adapt to changing event needs while maintaining quality and service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous culinary, restaurant, or banquet cooking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Willingness to learn recipes, menu items, and culinary procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
