Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our culinary team. What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher / Prep Cook, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team, helping maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while supporting exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Assisting with food preparation following recipes and chef instructions
Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary
Properly storing food and following food-safety standards
Assisting with restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
Participating in team meetings and training
Working closely with kitchen and service staff to keep operations running smoothly
Following resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Positive, hardworking, and team-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Committed to cleanliness, food safety, and quality
Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to:

Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift up to 20 pounds regularly
Frequently use hands and arms for food preparation and cleaning
Occasionally bend, reach, and climb
