Peak season is here, and ProForce Pest Control is continuing to grow our team with several Seasonal Service Professional positions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, customer interaction, and being part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

We're looking for seasonal warriors to join the front lines as Service Professionals - no experience required - we provide paid training and certification support . If you're hardworking, customer-focused, and ready to build a stable career with real growth potential, we'll train you every step of the way.

As a Seasonal Pest Control Technician / Service Professional, you will:

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services
• Conduct home inspections and pest inspections
• Identify pest activity (ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, insects, and other household pests)
• Apply eco-friendly pest treatments safely and professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service and education to homeowners
• Provide preventative pest control solutions
• Maintain service routes and service schedules
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Represent ProForce professionally in the field

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
• Pest control experience is a plus, but not required
