The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Being knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Supporting Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assisting with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintaining assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and completing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical requirements include:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
