You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure projects stay on schedule, and facilitate effective communication with government representatives. Your role is about steering the team toward success each day. You will conduct daily kickoff meetings, lay out the day's objectives, and monitor progress to ensure everything moves smoothly. Qualifications We're looking for a Federal Construction Site Superintendent who can meet the following: 5+ years of construction site management experience Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases Requires travel across the southeastern United States; candidates must be flexible and willing to travel. This position requires travel; candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process. Must be able to pass a background check to get on military bases Having 7+ years of relative experience is desired but not required.
