This position requires the flexibility to float to other units as well as care for overflow from the Progressive Care Unit. North Country Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Additional Country Hospital is located in Newport, Vermont, a small town on the Canadian border and part of the Northeast Kingdom. The area is known for outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling. Because public transportation is limited, personal transportation is strongly recommended.
