Responsibilities
- Lead design and continuous evolution of digital experiences, capabilities, and content management solutions
- Drive data-driven product decisions using user research, analytics, and experimentation to prioritize investments
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including AI-enabled capabilities, workflow optimization, and operational improvements
- Build and mentor high-performing product and operations teams while fostering innovation and accountability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years progressive digital product management or digital strategy experience
- 10+ years people leadership managing product and agency teams
- Expertise in data-driven product management and user research methodologies
- Experience with digital transformation, AI implementation, and content management platforms
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across technology, communications, and business units
