Assistant Operations Manager — Water/Wastewater

AlexRenew is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily operations of our Water Resource Recovery Facility, pump stations, and related infrastructure in Alexandria, VA. You will coordinate staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will supervise operations teams, develop training plans, manage budgets, and work with multiple departments to maintain reliable service.
