What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based assessments and administer procedures including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, wound care, and supportive device use.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and evaluate treatment outcomes to ensure optimal care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and physical health strategies.
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient progress, barriers, and discharge planning.
• Supervise and support rehabilitation aides, assistive personnel, and students to uphold care quality.

Required Skills:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (or eligible candidate).
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in long-term care or similar settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Knowledge of wound care protocols and assistive device management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in LTC, rehabilitation, or outpatient therapy preferred.
• New grads are welcome; training and onboarding provided for qualified applicants.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work day shifts (8 hours) in Lewistown, MO.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and conferences.
