Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities: Performs essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include: Full Intakes Reconciliation of Medications Serves as a clinical expert and a team lead for all clinical staff in the outpatient environment while communicating effectively and working cooperatively with others. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development in lifelong learning and providing direction and guidance to others regarding practice. Serves as a resource, preceptor and mentor to the outpatient team. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Licensure: RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse. Experience : 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience. Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient experience as a Registered Nurse Previous leadership, charge or preceptor experience ACLS from the American Heart Association Helping all candidates find great careers is our goal.
