In this mission-driven role, you’ll warmly greet residents and visitors, answer phones, manage check-ins, and support appointments and deliveries to keep our life plan community running smoothly. You’ll provide clear information, respond to resident requests, coordinate with care and operations teams, and maintain an organized, welcoming lobby that reflects our values of compassion, respect, and hospitality while building trusted relationships with older adults and their families.
