The firm is seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking litigator with experience in construction and real estate related matters. What We Are Looking For... Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience handling the following: Construction liens and construction defects Breach of contract and business contract disputes Representing contractors, property owners, developers, real estate brokers, and investors A confident, results-oriented approach to litigation and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work The firm is particularly interested in attorneys who are comfortable handling sophisticated litigation matters and are motivated to advocate for clients through trial.
