We are currently seeking remote Customer Service Representatives to support natural disaster relief efforts. In this role, you will be taking inbound calls to assist citizens, clear backlogs, and provide critical support to communities in need. Key Details:

• Start Date: Tuesday, June 3rd (Pending successful completion and passing of all onboarding paperwork).
• Schedule: Full-time (Shift details will be provided during the interview).
• Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
• Compensation: $19.37 per hour total compensation.
• Base Pay: $14.39/hr + Mandated Government Fringe Pay: $4.98/hr.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Requirements This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position. To be considered, you must already own the necessary equipment and meet the technical specifications outlined below. (Note: A testing link will be provided during the hiring process to verify your system meets these standards). Hardware & Accessories:

• Monitors: Dual (2) monitors required. (If you use a laptop, the laptop screen counts as 1 monitor, so you only need 1 external screen).
• Cables: Dual (2) display cables. (If using a laptop, you only need 1 external display cable).
• Peripherals: Standard USB keyboard, standard USB mouse, and a USB webcam.
• Headset: USB headset that supports up to 48khz audio.
• Authentication: A personal cell phone with a working camera (required strictly for secure two-factor log-in authentication).

Internet & Network Security:

• Hardwired Only: You must have a 3-6 foot (or longer) Ethernet cable to connect your computer directly to your modem/router. Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited.
• Download Speeds: Minimum 25 Mbps (50 Mbps if your internet connection is shared with other household members).
• Upload Speeds: Minimum 5 Mbps (10 Mbps is preferred).

Computer Minimum Specifications:

• Device Type: Desktop PC, Laptop, or Thin Client. (iPads, MacBooks, Tablets, and Chromebooks are NOT compatible). Operating System: Windows 11 only. Browser: Microsoft Edge. Processor (CPU): Minimum 2 GHz. Memory: Minimum 2 GB RAM.
