Fighter Pilot Sme
Bottom line up front: Hoplite Group is seeking a fighter pilot subject matter expert (SME). Location: Level of effort:
- Non-travel months: Approximately 30–50 hours/month.
- Travel months: Approximately 80–90 hours/month.
- Initial travel anticipated July 2026.
Availability: Objective: Support combat aviation capability development efforts through operational analysis, planning, training, and sustainment advisory support. Required qualifications:
- Retire O-6 with experience commanding at the squadron, group, or wing level.
- Experience as an F-16, F-18, or F-35 pilot.
- Understanding of U.S. defense planning and strategy development.
- Experience with operational analysis, readiness reporting, and doctrine or CONOPS development.
- Experience supporting combat aircraft operations planning and strategy development.
- Experience evaluating operational plans and operational risk.
- Graduate of SAASS, SAMS, SAW, or similar advanced military planning program.
- Experience supporting aviation capability development or institutional capacity-building efforts.
- Active US secret security clearance.
