Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care tasks have been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
• Monitor and manage appropriate resource utilization related to patient care
• Contribute to maintaining competency standards among clinical staff within the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Emergency Room clinical experience
• Ability to work night shift in a fast-paced emergency department environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity
• Familiarity with emergency department workflows and protocols
