Independent Living Coach & Case Manager

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.)

Necco seeks an Independent Living Case Manager/Life Coach in Louisville, KY to support young adults transitioning to independence. The role spans office, community, employment, and school settings, delivering services, resources, and evidenced-based supports.
