Nancy Craney State Farm is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our experienced team. This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying their needs, and recommending insurance solutions that help protect their families, property, businesses, and financial futures. Our agency proudly serves customers throughout Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Catalina, Vail, Sahuarita, Phoenix, and communities across Arizona. The right candidate will be comfortable developing new business, following up with leads, discussing multiple insurance products, and asking for the sale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the community.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Build strong relationships by asking thoughtful questions and learning about each customer's needs.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Provide quotes and explain available auto, home, renters, life, business, and supplemental insurance options.
• Recommend appropriate products while following ethical sales practices and agency guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to help customers bundle policies and address potential coverage gaps.
• Conduct insurance reviews with existing customers and recommend updates when their needs change.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Meet individual and agency sales goals.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Work closely with other team members to provide a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training, marketing initiatives, and community events.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale.
• Able to overcome objections and confidently explain the value of insurance products.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Committed to providing honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with the Tucson community and local networking opportunities is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain the applicable Arizona insurance licenses.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
