Job Description
Synapse Complete Balance and Movement Therapy is seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist with experience and/or a strong interest in hands-on/manual therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering personalized care, building lasting patient relationships, and continually refining their clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, musculoskeletal conditions, neurologic conditions, post-op etc
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical education
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in CA
- Experience in outpatient setting preferred
- Training or strong interest in manual therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
