Synapse Complete Balance and Movement Therapy is seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist with experience and/or a strong interest in hands-on/manual therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering personalized care, building lasting patient relationships, and continually refining their clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, musculoskeletal conditions, neurologic conditions, post-op etc
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical education

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in CA
• Experience in outpatient setting preferred
• Training or strong interest in manual therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
